Ever wonder who is in charge of running this professional establishment that guards, updates and runs all of your important technological systems? CyberTrails is supported by a three person leadership tier; we call them the Top Dogs of the ITeam. These men have put together a top-of-the-line company for their consumers, one that you can trust to correctly run all of your company’s technology so that you can focus on what you do best, run and manage your company.
With that said, there are many unmentioned individuals on different levels of the company who are also an intricate part of CyberTrails being able to sufficiently serve its customers. We know that a company is only as good as its team so we are grateful to each and every member.
The first top dog of our team is the President, John Allen.
In Jan. of 2008, Allen became a part of the CyberTrails team with the initial title of Controller. Allen was able to bring about 20 years of operations experience and financial management to CyberTrails. His expertise is in a number of different industries including the finance and technology industries. It only took Allen 9 short months to be promoted to General Manager & CFO and then in 2012 he became the President of the company. Allen has many skills and is experienced in corporate financial planning and reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting and many other business management functions. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. The other companies Allen has worked for include:
- The Phoenix Group of Acxiom Corporation
- Spirit Finance Corporation in Scottsdale
- Lucent Technologies in Phoenix
Allen acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
The second member of this exclusive pack is the CIO, Adam Rusak.
CyberTrails brought Adam Rusak on to the team in March of 2009 for his 10 years of experience in the technology operations, data center and commercial carrier fields. He started out as Director of Operations but was promoted in 2011 to Chief Information Officer. Rusak’s duties include:
- Planning
- Organizing
- Controlling and directing
- And providing leadership for client and company projects
Prior to joining CyberTrails, he worked for the New Jersey based Millennium Communications Group and the Network Analyst for Millennium. Rusak is proud to be a member of several different groups including: the management Institute, the Internet Society, and the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
Rusak has a Master’s degree in IS/IT Management from Villanova University and holds several technology related certifications from companies like: Cisco, Nortel, VMware and Aimentis to name a few.
Last but not least, bringing up the tail is the Vice President of Sales Rick Estrada.
CyberTrails made Rick Estrada its VP of Sales in November of 2010. Estrada brought his 20 years of sales experience in the high tech field to the CyberTrails sales department. Estrada’s sales technique is very results driven and he has had much success running and motivating sales organizations in industries that are based in technology. Estrada believes that helping a customer solve their business problem with a win/win strategy is the key to building long term relationships. Estrada’s duties include:
- Sales revenue and profitability
- Strategic planning
- Sales budget management
- Marketing strategy
- Channel development & management
Estrada started out his career at Nortel Networks in 1992; his past experience includes having worked for other large companies in the industry including, Computer Associates and AT&T, as well as holding the position of President at RJE Communications. Estrada’s formal educational includes a Bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
