Greetings, this is Tomar, we are the Arcturians. The sounds that you hear are very sacred. The advancement of the humans to speech and sound was a significant evolutionary step. It has led to the advancement of your mental faculties and your spiritual faculties. The Arcturians have special sounds and sound energy. The tones and sounds that we use are of a higher frequency -- a frequency that may often be beyond your threshold. The sounds that are on the fifth dimension also may be beyond your threshold. You will understand this when you compare light frequencies on the third dimension. There are much more advanced light energies in the galaxy that are beyond the visible range of the human eye. There are also much more advanced sounds. Your animals sometimes have the abilities to hear things that you do not hear. What they (your animals) hear may not be higher spiritual sounds, but it does demonstrate that you have a limited threshold in which you can experience your reality. This third-dimensional reality, in general, is a limited threshold. The Arcturians have a threshold that is based on a pattern of existing culture and thought patterns related to our place in the realms of the fifth dimension.

We are students of sound and we are students of transmission of sound. It is well known to us that the transmission of special healing sounds and spiritual tones, or spiritual vibrations can be communicated telepathically. You may have the conception that you only can experience the sound when you hear it. Of course, this is always preferable in the third dimension. Naturally you would like to hear the sound and the vibration. Remember that words and their sounds were an evolutionary step in your development of the Adam peoples. Naturally this is a way of accelerating your vibration through certain words or certain tones. We, the Arcturians, have participated in different languages. For the languages in the galactic system are quite varied and multiple. There is a universal galactic language that is spoken by the galactic masters and spoken by the ascended masters. This language is known to many of the Arcturians, the Pleiadians and others of the space brotherhood and sisterhood. Portions of that language contains certain tones and sounds that have been enunciated and has been assimilated through the languages on the Earth. That is to say, that some of the sacred languages and sacred words on the Earth actually have their roots in the galactic system and the galactic languages. You have actually heard some of these words in your speaking and general studying of the Earth religions and the Earth's philosophical thoughts. It is not unusual for you to be sensitive to some of the galactic sounds and even the names of the star systems. The name Arcturus is not exactly how we pronounce our name but it is a close approximation. In our language, when we are communicating, we intersperse telepathic sound with the verbal sound. If I was going to communicate a sound to you, I may communicate an enunciated tone and make a space and then another enunciated tone. In between tones, I was still communicating with you, but it was in a telepathic manner. This communication is extremely important because the basis of the Earth difficulties has arisen partly out of miscommunications, partly out of the inability to assimilate or read other people's thoughts. When people speak to you, you can understand what they are really saying behind the words. I always encourage all the students on Earth that I am working with to practice communications and to accelerate their ability to be telepathically involved with those who are trying to communicate with them. It is essential that you are able to integrate the telepathic with the verbal enunciated sound.
