Greetings, this is Juliano, we are the Arcturians. We are at the point where we will be making the transfer of the crystal from the Crystal Temple to our friends in Australia and to the continent in Australia. It is time that the input of light and energy from the crystal be placed in the Australian continent. The crystal from the Crystal Temple that was placed in Lago Puelo has activated hundreds, perhaps a thousand or more Arcturian starseeds in that area. The activation from Lago Puelo has served to input high light and energy into Argentina and South America and now a twin crystal will be created from the Crystal Temple. This etheric crystal will be brought with the help of the Group of Forty members in Australia to a specific area that has been designated by them and us. It is a beautiful canyon area and this etheric crystal will be delivered in the October meeting, 2003. This etheric crystal will be sent into this canyon. It will go into the Earth, into a deep canyon that will allow further spreading of light and energy throughout this planet so that a beautiful city of light, a fifth-dimensional city, will become activated. The fifth-dimensional city, the city of light, has been called by some Shamballah. We call it the city of light which is part of the fifth-dimensional process by which the Arcturian Starseeds will create a light energy field. High energy beings like yourselves have activated areas geographically on this planet which serve as acceleration points for those coming into awareness. Those who come into the city will be activated. This is in commitment with the Arcturian Starseed mission. The mission is being fulfilled as each of you are contributing to a light energy field. Remember that the human body has an energy field. Remember that the Earth has an energy field, and remember your thoughts and your projection of thoughts creates an energy field, or a thought field. When a group creates a thought field, a manifestation of intent appears in the third dimension. This manifestation of intent has been planted into the consciousness of you, the Arcturian starseeds. This intent is in your consciousness as you are being activated as starseeds. The intention was given to you and was developed when you were in Arcturus and when you were in our schools, in our training grounds, when you were with our teachers and spiritual masters. You learned and agreed to contribute to the energy field of the city of light. You have agreed to contribute to the consciousness of man so that a core of critical light energy would build on this planet. It is taking a commitment from this core group to build the critical mass of energy that will allow shifts in consciousness to a point that a manifested energy field based on the city of light appears.

We had talked previously about the templar project. The templar project was based on the concept of the building of a temple or a gathering building that would allow the starseeds to come and activate themselves and experience this higher concept of evolution of man. For reasons that are not easily explained, the templar project is not manifested on Earth at this point. It has not been built to our knowledge. The concept of the templar must now be inclusive of a city of light. It must include a group of people who are willing to live around such an area, who are willing to commit themselves to continual manifested consciousness.

What is manifested consciousness? Manifested consciousness implies that an etheric energy field [that is] worked on can be focused to create a physical structure. Manifested consciousness also implies a physical structure will appear. You are in control of your genetic evolution. You are in control of how you evolve as a being, and the development of this transition state on the planet requires that a group develop and direct the evolutionary step of mankind. It is true not everyone will take the step. It is true that those who remain in lower consciousness will not understand or grasp these concepts. They will not be interested in the development of manifested consciousness. Manifested consciousness can only occur in free will, by those who are willing to take this leap to work and contribute. Manifested consciousness is involved in the city of light and is focused on the templar project. We need a group of dedicated beings like the Arcturian starseeds. We need a dedicated group of beings who are willing to work on meditations. Continue to focus on connecting to the Crystal light Temple. The etheric templar requires now a physical manifestation. This has always been a difficult aspect of the Arcturian starseed work.
