The Doors of Perception

Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. The doors of perception are opening, allowing new views of reality and new understandings of the third dimension. The doors of perception are shifting, allowing each person to begin to assimilate the nature of the reality. The shamans refer to the energy point that controls your perceptual field as the assemblage point. It is also known as the perceptual field. The biology of your brain and neuro-chemical apparatus relates the perceptual point to the reticular activating system. This is a point and system in your brain that is a control valve that allows perceptions and interpretations to be made. The neuro-biological basis of the reticular activating system is being understood and explored. We are wanting to explain that there is another aspect to the assemblage point or the perceptual field. That aspect is the galactic field or the galactic assemblage point. Each section of the galaxy has unique aspects. These unique aspects are such that people who incarnate in that galactic aspect of reality must have a certain energetic apparatus and energetic viewpoint or perceptual viewpoint in order to relate to that area of the galaxy. When a being is incarnated into a section of the universe or of the galaxy, their assemblage point is shifted to allow them to grasp and relate to that particular section. This is important for you to understand in trying to do astral traveling, or long distance traveling, or remote traveling. You could be going to sections of the galaxy that you do not have the assemblage point shift which would allow you to understand or be there. In fact, you could go to Venus or you could go to Mars and you might see nothing, no life forms there whatsoever. Yet, I could tell you that your assemblage point is not properly aligned with that particular planet, therefore, you are not perceiving anything. You are not seeing that there are fifth dimensional life forms around that area and you would not believe it. Then it would require some kind of energetic shift for you. Likewise, if you were to travel to the Arcturian system or if you would see Arcturus , or if you were using your telescopes or you would be using your spaceships with long distance sensors, you might say, "Well, we do not see anything." This is a relatively new star system and maybe there is a planet or two nearby or maybe we do not even see a planet. All we see is this huge red giant star known as Arcturus. There is nothing there. In fact, Arcturus is so bright, many times brighter and giving off much more energy than your sun, you might conclude there is even no way that a planet, if it were nearby, could tolerate any type of carbon life form. Then I would say that you would not have the assemblage point shift to see the reality, to experience the reality that we are experiencing. Therefore, I could explain to you that we have fifth dimensional planets and we have different ways of relating and that we see the third dimension but we also are experiencing another reality that is a fifth dimensional reality. You would be very hard pressed to see this unless we created a shift in your assemblage point.

The assemblage point is related to the section of the galaxy that you are living in and it is also related to the culture that you are in and it is related to your incarnation, to your past history on this planet and to other aspects, even of your genetic codes. The codes themselves actually can be spoken and can be toned... I am referring to specific codes and tones that will shift your assemblage point. The awareness can immediately shift. Your culture, as was explained beautifully in this starseed movie "What the #$*! Do We (K)now!?", showed that the culture programs an assemblage point that will predetermine how you will perceive the reality. What that movie also shows and what is obvious to us is that in this time period of 2004, there is a huge opportunity to: 1) become aware of these assemblage points, and 2) to shift them and to shift them dramatically both by internal codes and by the external shifts caused by the Central Sun energy field that is coming into alignment. This will create and set up a chain reaction that will shift the assemblage point. Those shifts in assemblage points will only be occurring for those people who are activated and pre-programmed to allow this to happen. It will only happen to those who are starseeds or who are preparing themselves to be starseeds and can incorporate the energy and the new balance that is required. To shift the assemblage point during an incarnation requires a major effort and it can be traumatic. Most people's assemblage points are shifted in between incarnations and they come back with a new view or the program for a new view. To shift the assemblage point during a lifetime can be considered a major accomplishment but also can be considered a trauma if the person is not properly prepared. The appearance of an extraterrestrial being, a fifth dimensional being in your reality, in your physical space, will automatically shift your assemblage point. That is why it cannot be occurring immediately, instantaneously. There needs to some preparation. More important, it needs to be determined if the psychological energy field, the emotional energy field, the spiritual energy field of the third dimensional person on Earth can accept the shift.

Let us look at that concept again. The appearance of a fifth dimensional being like the Arcturians in your energy space will immediately cause a shift in your assemblage point. Having said this, you may begin to grasp the significance of slowly introducing higher beings into a planet. You may understand the wisdom of UFO sightings. You may understand the wisdom of higher beings who want to interact and gently and slowly come into a system as opposed to landing "on the White House lawn" and beginning to interact. This is the logic of higher beings and their understanding of how you function. This is how they respect you and your process. Therefore, the introduction of higher beings has always been on the fringe of society. Now it is becoming more intense and it is becoming more commonplace. We have found that the assemblage points of the South Americans, for example, is different than the North Americans. We have found that there are many people in the Andes Mountains and in other areas around the Mayan area and also at Lake Titicaca who have shifted their perceptual field. There are other certain power spots where the people are open. They have the assemblage points to perceive this. The interaction of the person also depends on where they are. There are certain areas of the planet that have corridors that have been activated for centuries. We have spoken many times about the corridors, but never from the perspective that I am offering you now. These corridors only require a minimal amount of activation on the person's part. The corridor interacting with a person of higher intent will create a shift in the assemblage point. With that shift, they will be able to see another reality where there are higher beings interacting with the Earth.

Billy Meier is an Earth being who had and continues to have interactions with the Pleiadeans. There was a beautiful movie of his interactions that he took where he showed and described that he could see the spaceship coming into his area of vision, yet no one else could see it. They landed and there was perhaps some grass bent or some other things happening. People said, "How is this possible? Why could he see it and no one else could see it?" The answer is again the assemblage point. His perceptual field has shifted and he was able to see their reality and he was able to communicate with them. That is why even today some people can have the direct experience with the higher beings where other would not even see it. He was prepared since birth. He was prepared in between incarnations for this shift in assemblage point so that this would allow this. It is not something that happens instantaneously unless you have some type of instructions, an intent, and are taught. Now this returns us to the shamans and the practices of the shamans and the native peoples on the planet. We have reiterated our strong belief in the Sacred Triangle and that this Sacred Triangle energy has knowledge on all sides that help you to progress. The shamanistic or native peoples religious spiritual practices seek to shift your world view. Incidentally, that would be a very powerful way to describe the assemblage point -- the world view. It is more than just the world view because you suddenly begin to see things energetically. Instead of just seeing chairs, you see molecules and atoms. Instead of seeing a person, you see the skeleton, the muscles, the heart, the blood flowing and you can see their whole energy field and the past life history, illnesses that are maybe five years in front of them that are black energy fields; you see attachments of parasitic ghosts around their body. You would be overwhelmed and then on top of all that you would see relationships of spirit guides and then you see tunnels and corridors. This is a wonderful thing to see but it is also overwhelming to the person who is not prepared. What I am suggesting is that you can be trained to do this shift. Shamans can train you. In a healing mode, the shift that is created allows the energy to be manipulated in a way that cannot be manipulated in a regular reality. In order for that to occur, both the shaman and the healee must have the shift. We have found that the native peoples in particular understood this. The ancient Mayans understood this. That is why they understood the 2012; that is why they understood we are living in a galaxy; that is why they understood the archeo-astronomy principles, ......
