End Times

Greetings, this is Juliano, we are the Arcturians. The subject of our discussion is the concept of the end times as explored and discussed by many of your philosophers, teachers and lecturers. It is important to look at this concept from many different angles. The most important angle that we see in discussing the "end times" is the concept of time itself. It is the perception of time that will be altered at the "end times." The "end times" is a concept that has been offered to describe a period of time that we compare to the 2012 corridor link. During this time period there will be and already has been, many changes. There have been polarizations, accelerations of polarizations and there has been to some degree already a falling of the structures and ideas within the culture of the Earth. I think it appropriate to discuss the Earth as one culture even though there are thousands of cultures within this planetary system. You are moving towards grasping this concept. It is one culture, one planet, one ecosystem but most important it is one time. When we are looking at the end times, we are looking at it in terms of the concept of time as you know it; that is, the linear, sequential passing of moments. Time is going to shift. When this time shifts, the appropriate changes in consciousness and structures and transitions will be solidified on the planet.

How will the time shift? There has been a belief that there could be a temporary standing still of the rotation of the Earth. Were the rotation of the Earth to stop even for a brief period of time, there would be an overwhelming electromagnetic shift on this planet. This shift would be something that most people would not be able to understand or grasp. But I want you to consider how the planet would be affected were the rotation of the Earth on it's axis were to temporarily halt. Everything that is moving would no longer move. Everything that was expanding or contracting would no longer be doing so. Your struggles, your work as a being on this planet would suddenly be momentarily halted. Some have seen this perhaps as a negative event , but we do not see it as a negative. We see such an event as a positive shift in the abilities of yourself to grasp the interlocking mechanisms between the third and the fifth dimension. Indeed this "halting" will facilitate the interlocking of the third and the fifth realm and will create a temporary end of time. An end of time is really a stopping of the time. It then allows a new conception, a new experience of this third dimensional reality. As time as you know it is momentarily stopped, then your consciousness as you know it is momentarily expanded. Your consciousness is momentarily birthed into the fifth dimension. It is the time that will shift. It is your relationship to time the will transition when you are preparing to enter the fifth realm.

From our perspective, we look at the end times as a play on words-- that is, the end of time as you know it and the end of the structure as you know them and the end of the linearity as you know it. When you look at this 2012 corridor and the monumental changes that are going to occur, you realize that every structure, every system within the planet has built into it an end, including this Earth incarnation. You are programmed to end this life. All of the structures and systems are built on a premise of an ending, or limitation. The logic, the language, the way you have your life sectioned into certain periods--all of this contributes to a psychological and programmable system within the Earth mind that is time limited. The structures within the society are also that way. There is not an understanding yet, on a planetary basis, of the infinite and eternal self, of the self that is fifth dimensional and beyond. This self is free of the shackles of the self imposed societal limitations of time. The Earth is rotating as we are speaking. Everything is moving as we are exploring these beautiful concepts. You are still capable of recreating the experience of the halting/stopping of time, the halting of the Earth, the halting of everything. I will allow the channel to work with you who are hearing/reading these words to experience a halt.(HOoooooooooohhh) You may want to gently stop your breath for a brief second or two.

We understand that there are political, economic and geophysical shifts throughout these coming ten years that will be very dramatic. We see there destruction and the falling down of many systems that have been held together. There are great strains in all aspects. A central conflict is over Israel and Jerusalem. There is the belief that there is a central energy that must be resolved in this planet based on the city of Jerusalem, and the creation of the "the new Jerusalem." These concepts are based on the conception that there is one basic holy corridor within this planet and that all of the religions and all of the energy for the soul growth and the higher spiritual evolution must be accomplished within this one area. We ,the Arcturians, know that the planet is expanding in consciousness through it's participants of spiritual light workers. We know that this energy of "the Jerusalem corridor" is expanded throughout the planet now and that there are many different links to it. There are many different places on Earth that are holy . There are many holy beings that are equivalent to the holy beings in Jerusalem . Some of these areas are even more holy and more linked to the fifth dimension. In some sense, you are seeing a playing out of a conflict that is based on the old time frame. Being in the old time frame means that the expansions and the alignments with the Central sun have not yet reached the older systems. You are going to see a transition. This transition means older systems and older beliefs no longer are going to hold. Yet, many people are still holding onto these old systems and are clinging to them strongly. It is like an earthquake. You hold onto a building that is shaking so hard. You hold on but the building itself is falling apart. As the building crumbles, you crumble. This crumbling is difficult for many people to accept-- the Jerusalem energy is now dispersed on the planet through many different beings. The concept of the heavenly Jerusalem, and the concept of the corridor of light is real ,but the place of this energy is throughout the planet. The place and the beings that are holding this energy now are throughout the planet, not just in the one area. Those who are holding onto the belief that it is the one area that is holy are engaged in a conflict representative of an older view. They are playing out a system, a drama that unfortunately will cause a great deal of harm and a great deal of destruction and stress throughout the planet. We know that the true Jerusalem energy is intact. We know for we see that energy in the etheric fields of the higher Earth consciousness. We see the etheric New Jerusalem, as a heavenly Jerusalem . It is a profoundly beautiful city in the fifth dimension, based on many of the Earth conceptions of the city but also expanded to incorporate the fifth dimensional thinking which includes eternal time. It includes the openness of all viewpoints, which includes higher beings from other solar systems.

You ask: is this beautiful light frequency of the New Jerusalem rooted into the Earth? Why would not the present reality of the existing Jerusalem expand to include what I have just described. Because, in the end of this period that we are entering, the 2012 corridor, those who are holding onto views that are rigid, exclusive, and do not encompass the eternalness, the oneness, the interrelatedness of all beings and the higher self are going to fall. This includes governments and also the geophysical changes. Yes, we know about your concerns of the Earth changes and about the dramatic upheavals. Some of you have wondered why these upheaval have not occurred. We say to you from our perspective, they are occurring. Many have occurred and continue to occur as we are speaking. Perhaps you are expecting something dramatic, like a two second change where the poles reverse and then there is a huge upheaval. But, understand that we are talking about an extended time period. Even from the geological perspective, a year or ten years is an extremely short time in comparison to 2 billion or 5 million years. Understand that we are in an accelerated time so that the changes that are accumulating are very rapid. Indeed, the destruction of the planetary ecosystem, the biosphere has been very rapid. This is a dramatic Earth change. I, Juliano, present to you that the Earth changes have begun and are before your eyes and are continuing. Don't necessarily expect that it has to be dramatic, although those dramatic things will periodically dramatically occur. Our view is that you must expect a falling away, you must expect a gradual upheaval of existing structures. You must also expect a rigidity. The polarization will continue and those that are of one camp will hold onto their view and those in the other camp will hold onto theirs. Your role as starseeds is not to get overly involved with the drama. Do not necessarily to take a side in the drama. Have you not noticed that each side is so convinced that they are right that many do not respect or compassion for the other side. This is evidence of the polarization. In polarization, you see that there is no room for the other side. In truth, it is best to detach from this. You do not need to take sides. Understanding that there is a false assumption that is in operation. The false assumption is not really a wrong assumption, but rather it is based on an old belief systems. The old belief system that led to the creation of this 2000 year cycle. , began when Jesus/Sananda came to the Earth. At that time the system was revolutionary! Now these belief systems have become rigid and generally have not kept the openness and the foresight to accept the newer revolution of spirituality and fifth dimensional energy that is upon you.

We the Arcturians have talked about the necessity of being a mental being. A mental being includes working with the mental body and the concepts of the mind and being open to many different aspects of the evolution that is occurring. To work with these changes, work with these shifts, requires an internal evolvement. This is a newer evolvement that you were not necessarily trained or are not programmed in. You were brought up in this society under the old system. You were brought up in this language and brought up with these linear time concepts. They are deeply imbedded in your unconscious. You are, for better or worse, playing out certain programmable messages, tapes, that were given to you. You are a product of this culture, of this society, of this time. Your connection with the Arcturians is an affirmation that you are not going to solely identify with the product of your being in this Earth period. Your identity in working with the Arcturians is allowing you to reprogram and recirculate your energy. I, Juliano, say that we are at a very important point where we can neutralize the Earth programming that is based on limitation, finiteness, duality. (HUEWWWWOOHH)Search within your mental body for those aspects of self that are based on limitations, on the programmable Earth concepts that I have described. You may temporarily or continually neutralize and release them. (WHOOOOHHHHHH) Know that they are like little ghosts, like little "beings" that have been passed on. As you hear these tones, release them and let them go up into the corridor, the fountain of blue light that is in the center of this room or the center of the room of all those who are hearing these words. (OOHHWWWwWwW)

What we are doing in a sense must be done with the Earth structures. The limitations in the economic field, political field, the religious field, all must be neutralized in a way so that a new evolution in these concepts can be accepted and used. Experience the neutralization I have talked about. Before you go to a higher evolvement, higher experience, stay with the neutralization energy briefly. It is very peaceful, serene energy that is akin to the energy I have described where everything halts temporarily.

We have talked about the photon belt and it was described in ways that appeared to be negative. In reality, from our new informational perspective, the photon energy is this neutralization energy that I have just described. It is a positive for it allows, as we have just demonstrated, a neutralization of programming, a halting of a process that allows new programming, a new state of consciousness to be used. However, if you did not previously understand these concepts and suddenly were neutralized from the photon energy, then you would become more confused, OR frightened. It would seem like the electromagnetic energy on the planet no longer was obeying the laws of thermodynamics. Temporarily, currents would not be flowing like they should. Missiles, for example, would not be going where they were supposed to. Even the internal combustion engine suddenly would have a brief period where it would not follow the laws of thermodynamics. That would be frightening if you did not know what was going on.. It would be frightening when you see the disintegration of the structures. Understand the tremendous transition that the Earth is going through. Begin to understand these periods of neutralizations and how the neutralizations can be confusing to those who are not spiritually aware or evolved. Then you will not become frightened. Then you will experience the energy and time in a different way.

Time will no longer be the determining factor in your life for your life will be beyond time. Time is no longer the limiting factor in this third dimension because the third dimension is incorporating the fifth dimension. You are assisting the interaction of the third and the fifth dimension. It has already occurred in certain spots on this planet. Perhaps some would have said that Jerusalem would be the holder of this new energy but there are many beautiful and holy places throughout the planet now. Some of these places are being guided and directed by you, the Group of Forty. You are holding these corridors of light and energy. So you now know that when the ascension occurs that there will a brief period in which time stops. There will be a brief period in which the Earth will not move--a period of timelessness. Even as you are hearing my words, some of you are already able to have this experience. Some of you are able to expand the self. Some are already able to realize that the self that is the Earth self is like a coat, perhaps a beautiful coat, but still a coat. When it is warm and sunny, then you want to take the coat off and feel more free and more yourself, bathing in the etheric light of Adonai. (ADONAIIiiiiIIIIiii) I am Juliano. Blessed art thou who follow the light through the corridors to the higher realms. The children of Elohim are really the light children of Elohim, following the corridors of light to the higher realms, obeying the Father's wishes of going to heavenly Jerusalem, the eternal city of light. Heavenly Jerusalem is but another name for the fifth dimension and your conceptions and thought patterns will be manifested eternally in the fifth dimension. Those of you who are carrying the Jerusalem light will be welcomed in the fifth dimension for you will be builders of the Adydum, builders of the new city. You as a group will be conceiving this place. Others will also be going to beautiful gardens and levels of existence.

Being on the third dimension is like a school. You are learning here different matters of thinking and visualizing. You will use what you have learned on the third in the fifth dimension. I want you to remember that. Your experiences here are not in vain. As a student of the third dimension, you have observed how the mind works. You have observed how reality works. You have observed how catering to lower self creates dysfunction. You have observed how conflicts based on hatred and revenge destroy. There are many people on the planet who have not learned those lessons and are needing and wanting to repeat the experiences over again, believing that the repetition of these experiences are somehow spiritual and should, somehow glorified. Why are they not stopped? Some of you have had numerous lifetimes and have repeated the same mistake many times and then finally have learned the lesson, grasped it and integrated it. When you are now prepared to enter the fifth dimension, you will use your higher thinking, your higher visualization to help create a beautiful place on the fifth dimension. What you think is who you are and what you think manifests very directly on the fifth dimension. There is no time lag as there is on the third dimension. You have needed this time lag on the third dimension though. . Some of the people who are repeating are seeing and learning and some are not! The important thing is that you are learning and you are preparing to enter what I call our Father's Kingdom. Yes, we wish that the Father's Kingdom could be manifested on Earth. We wish that as the end times are described, that the platform will be cleaned, the "slate will be cleaned," so that the newer energy, newer type of thinking and newer evolved beings will be present and in control to allow this. Nothing would provide greater satisfaction than to have the fifth dimension manifested on the third so that there no longer was the division between the two dimensions. In some way that was the mission of Adam--to fulfill the commandment of the integration of these two realms. This is Sananda.
