Brief Message from David and Lecture from Sananda afterwards:

Working with the Arcturian energy helps us focus on our ability to transform into our light bodies and ascend to the fifth dimension.  The October workshop helped many of us refocus on the ascension and the energy of the Sacred Triangle.  I believe connecting the Arcturian energy through the Sacred Triangle helps us connect with Sananda as well.   Many of us are are experiencing rapid changes in our Earth lives - changes that perhaps could take us away from our spiritual missions and work.  I was impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm of the members  who came to the Prescott meeting and know that all other  members were with us in spirit.  Connecting in spirit may be harder for those of you that may be more isolated.  I am very sensitive to your isolation.  I have created a Talklist on Internet which I hope will assist in your feeling more connected with us.  1999 has got to be an important year for doing spiritual work.  We know of the many Earth changes to occur.   In the October workshop Sananda predicted that there could be an ascension in 1999.  I think this is an important lecture, so I decided to include parts of this in our newsletter.  I hope to meet all of you in person in 1999.  I am planning on doing a workshop in Hartford, Conn. in May.  Emmi Mayr in Group 2 has graciously agreed to host the workshop on her farm property 15 miles south of Hartford. I hope that many East Coast members can join us.

Sananda on Light Body

This is Sananda.  Feel the holiness of the moment.  I feel your love for myself and for the Earth and your love for this process.  Continue to open your hearts to loving what is happening in this moment for you.  There is much goodness and grace available for you.  I offer you my grace for you regarding any problems or blockages, or any concerns that you may have.  Bring them to your consciousness and let the energy of this grace that is before us dissolve these concerns, dissolve these blockages.  This is the energy of grace.  When your heart is open, then you can receive - that is the meaning of Kaballah - to receive.  "To receive" is also the significance of the word grace.   In grace you are receiving the gifts of grace.  The energy is coming down to you as droplets of fire filled with golden light.  It is descending to you.   You may attract as many of these droplets of grace as you can hold on to.  Some of you have concerns for your loved ones who may have illness or suffering or are in some difficult condition.  Let this energy of grace go to them as well, for there is plenty of this energy to go around, for you have already generated so much love and so much openness.  This energy of grace can be transferred to your loved ones and to those whom you are concerned about.  Focus on those whom you feel need this grace as well.   (tones Atah! Adonai Eloheynu, Adonai Echad) We are in Oneness.  We are working with unificatioins.  We are uniting with the love vibration.  We are uniting ourselves as a group.

Sananda on Enlightenment

This is Sananda.  I am pleased to speak to you about the energy of enlightenment.  It is such an important energy field to bring into the aura.  I want to explain that to you because every thought that you have, every emotion, every experience that you have created an energy field around your physical structure.  In essence to evolve, you need to add to or expand your energy field.  Enlightenment energy is an energy field that you can merge with.  The ability to merge and to experience this energy is based on many factors.  Some of it has to do with the karmic evolution of your being.  It has to do with where you were in previous lifetimes and where you are now.  It has to do with your ability to meditate, but equally important, the ability to meditate is creating a space, a receptivity for the energy of enlightenment.  I think that this is very important.  The other factors are the surroundings.  It is true that you could be in the center of New York City and be enlightened.  But  most of the time it is very important to be around very nature-like energy.  It is certainly a lot easier. Then there is the group energy that you are around.

I want to talk about the energy fields and I want to talk about receptivity.  The idea of the meditation is to create this openness for the energy of enlightenment.  Where does this energy come from?  In essence all of you have special seals, coded energy, which, when you open these seals, you will be able to call in this energy.  The energy of enlightenment is everywhere.  The energy of enlightenment is in this room now.  It is within your hearts.  It is within the channel's energy field.  It is not like this energy is hidden somewhere.  You have to become receptive to the energy.  The seals need to be broken so that you can open to this.  Unfortunately, if you are not prepared to be the receiver of this, then the energy of the enlightenment can become very confusing to you and you may not know how to integrate and process it.

Here you come across very important concepts - integrating and processing energy.  The energy of enlightenment is a higher energy field.  It is an energy field that can only be described as very powerful.  It is a higher energy.  What do I mean by higher energy?  When you are talking about fifth-dimensional energy, you are talking about energy that is on a higher frequency.   If you are using normal thinking, then you experience a confined energy (good and bad,  right or wrong, etc.) thought process.   It is described as the "it world." It is the energy that most of you are using.  The energy of enlightenment blots out that type of thinking.  Many of you wish to escape from that as well because of problems.

 
This above lecture was given at a workshop at the end of October.  The lecture and accompanying meditation is now available for $10.00.  David  and Gudrun are now handling all tapes of lectures.  We have purchased a high quality tape recorder and microphone to update the quality (effective on all tapes made after December, 1998).  Please send $6.00 per tape or $10.00 for any future lectures that have two tapes.

Review of Instructions for Monthly Meditations

Connect as best you can with the Arcturian energy.  Spend the first minute or two of the meditation sending healing energy to Mother Earth and the oceans.  Begin to connect with David in thought.  Then connect with other people that you know and then begin to connect with other sub-groups that you are aware of and other group leaders as well.  Connect with the ring of ascension or halo as explained in earlier lectures.  Be aware of the meditation time both before and several hours after the actual hour, as other people in the group may be with us at those times as well.  Be open to receiving any messages from the meditation. Be aware of the ascension, the 5th dimension and all potential 1600 members.  Share your experience.

In response to extraterrestrial origins - yes, our DNA has been interfered with...as more Zohar light comes in, we say it is not double helix, but 24 then 126 at angelic level and 352 as we fuse and become one with God's Glory, yet retain our consciousness of this amazing Grace.  We need to commune more with Archangels, such as Raphael and Metatron...Love and Joy.  Neil
