We are the Arcturians. I am Juliano. We wish to continue our discussions on multidimensional existence for the role of your multidimensional self is becoming more and more important. Your ability to participate in the connections, in the activation and the transformation of your consciousness into your multidimensional consciousness is becoming more and more crucial for this project and for your own development. Clearly as you find the chaotic situation on the Earth increasing, you will want to be able to expand your own consciousness in a way that will provide you with a sense of balance and a sense of, even, sanity. You know that what is occurring now on the planet on many levels is an unbalancing phenomena. In many ways it will be hard to find stability when you are involved in the Earth matters totally. It therefore becomes imperative to move your consciousness into a higher plane and also move your awareness of yourself into the higher plane to acknowledge the existence of the multidimensional self and the multidimensional self requires an effort on your part that is coordinated with the Stargate, with the Crystal Temple. All of these factors we have brought to you are for a purpose and the purpose is increasing in strength and increasing in importance. The importance of the Crystal Temple, for example, is not only for your healing, but it is for an activation of yourself into multidimensional consciousness.

You are actually existing in these other planes. The existence of the Stargate and the existence of the Crystal Temple is actually a place where you can be in a conscious state, where you can move your etheric presence into those places so that you will be there equally - equally here on this plane and equally there on another plane and this comes into the matter of bilocation, of thought projection and also the matter of consciousness and the expansion of consciousness. We have many people that are activated into the Group of Forty and into the Arcturian project and we have also now the ability to activate many more people in the Crystal Temple who are still on the third dimension but have not really realized their starseed consciousness. A second method of activating them has to do with being in the Crystal Temple and reaching out to the other starseeds there in the Crystal Temple and from there you can activate them on the third dimension. You always think that you activate people on the third dimension and bring them up to a higher state of consciousness. In the Arcturian technology, we can also activate people on the higher dimension and from there send energy down to the third dimension. This is very important because it has to do with a circular energy pattern where once the circle becomes activated, (actually, it is more like an elliptical path of energy) then you can activate it on either end. It will start a cycle. We have already started a cycle with our contacts with you and the other Earth beings so that the connection is in place. I want you to visualize that there is an elliptical energy connection between the Crystal Temple and the Earth and it is an elliptical energy pattern that is very powerful, very intense, and it the type of energy that you can reach at any point. We are going to travel along that energy spiral this evening. (tones) This elliptical connection is going to be with you continually now. It is like a ring which you can use on many different levels and you can connect to the higher realm which is the Crystal Temple one by using this elliptical ring of energy that is connecting the two places. The Crystal Temple, in a sense, can be viewed as an interdimensional realm. It offers special connections to the Arcturian planet, connections to the Arcturian healing chambers, connections to many different levels. Let us then visualize that from the Crystal Temple is another elliptical ring and that ring goes to the Arcturian spiritual temples. We are connecting now with the Arcturian spiritual temples as well. The Arcturian spiritual temples have special powers and special energies for you on Earth. Our technology and our spiritual work has to do with investigating the core areas of universal existence, the core areas of galactic existence and the core areas of planetary transformation. These are major areas of study that we have spent many, many eons collaborating and putting together thought patterns. Our libraries on Arcturus are actually more like thought patterns. In Earth when you wish to read about something, you buy a book and then you sit down and you read and you try to incorporate the thoughts of the person that has put those thoughts into words. In the Arcturian spiritual library, we have special thought books. When you pick up a "book," then you merge with the thought patterns. This is a lot more efficient. Then you become one with the thinking. We have brought forth two or three of our special "books" that we feel would be appropriate for you this evening to merge with. One is Planetary Evolvement, the other is The Role of Personal Work in Planetary Ascension and also The Role of Planetary Ascension in the Evolution of the Galaxy. Another book has to do with the role of major spiritual leaders such as Sananda, such as Ashtar, in the planetary evolution. Again, we are connecting through the spiral ring from the Crystal Temple to the Arcturian libraries. Connect with me now and we will merge with these topics. (tones)

Come in the spiral cycle of the Arcturian spiritual library and sense the holiness and sacredness of the library. Sense the thought forms that are here in the library. Thought forms live forever. Thought forms are also infinite and in the Arcturian library, we have a special chamber that connects with the Akashic Records for your planet. We have a global phenomenon where we can put our hands on the "crystal ball" or the globe of the Earth and connect with the Akashic Records of your planet. Come into the chamber of the Arcturian spiritual library and feel the energy of the topics that we are discussing. (tones) We are connecting in thought form to the role of your spiritual leaders in the development of the planetary evolution and in the planetary ascension process. There are many powerful spiritual leaders on the planet now. Many are willing to connect to the Sacred Triangle energy and use the Sacred Triangle energy to boost the evolution. What is needed obviously is a very strong boost of light to a group that can push an evolutionary leap so far forward it will pull those who are dragging behind forward a little bit. No spiritual leader has totally accomplished that yet. There is going to come a moment in time where such spiritual leadership will emerge, a spiritual leader who can move millions of people forward in consciousness.

I, Juliano, also bring you to the room of the Akashic Records focusing on other planets that have gone through the ascension. I am putting my hands on those records. Powerful leaders have developed spiritual techniques to move many people successfully. The foundations that are on the planet Earth now are ripe for such a transformation. I am viewing a planet in the sector of Vega which has successfully completed a planetary ascension process and I see that there were core groups of people like yourselves who were connecting to multiple star levels of energy, of fifth- dimensional light and working with fifth-dimensional masters and spiritual teachers who are teaching how to raise consciousness, how to transform energy, how to move people towards evolutionary thinking. These teachers were connected with star beings. All of your spiritual masters who have walked the Earth were connected to star beings. All of them. They did not know how to interpret, nor they did not have the concept of star beings . Thus they created an explanation that was acceptable. That explanation then became part of the movement. Listen very carefully. People on your planet are so open to star beings. The foundation and groundwork for star technology and star consciousness and star teaching has been laid so powerfully that people will be open to a powerful teaching. Your movie "E T" was an example of how a star technology possibly could influence masses of people. Do you not understand then how ready and eager many millions of people on this planet are for a lesson from a star being? Your planet is ready to accept a starmaster. (tones)

Connect in the energy spiral from the Earth to the Crystal Temple, from the Crystal Temple to the Arcturian spiritual library and create, activate within your consciousness an invitation for a starmaster as we have described to appear, to teach, either through a channel or in direct contact. This starmaster must be in a human-like form and will be more easily accepted. I assure you your planet is ready for such teachings. (tones) And now be with me in the Crystal Temple. Sitting together there are still 1600 total group members that need to be together. Go around the whole shoreline of the Crystal Temple and begin to send your thought waves around the whole circle and by doing that you will begin to activate others throughout this planet.

There are questions about the Galactic Federation from one of the Group of Forty and I will only tell you this: focus on the higher beings. Focus on the beings who work with Sananda-Jesus. Focus on those who speak of the Creator/Father/Mother energy and spiritual evolution. It is true that there are other beings throughout the galaxy who have superior technology without spiritual evolution. All of those beings who have achieved technology without spiritual advancedment must back off from the energy of Sananda, must back off from a starmaster and must back off from the open heart connection that you have. You on Earth, my friends, have the ability to connect with the Creator light energy through your heart. It is one of the most desired aspects of your being that the "negative" less evolved beings do not have. They do not understand how to incorporate that. They do not even necessarily want that but they understand that there is some power that is in you Earth beings that they are missing.

I, Juliano, ask you again to connect with your hearts. Your hearts are already multidimensional. Your heart chakra is already attuned to the fifth dimensional realm without your even having to work on it. Connect to the heart chakra. Your heart energy is open directly to the fifth realm. Your heart chakra is open to the Arcturian healing. (tones) Some will ask why do we need the starmaster. Why do we need those from the higher realms to work with us? Because new light, new spiritual technology must be brought to this planet. The spiritual technology that has evolved is not capable of resolving all of the problems. In fact the old spiritual technology would fall short of saving this planet. The new spiritual technology will focus on allowing people to transform energy- to transform radiation to non-radiation, to transform pollution to clarity, to transform hatred to love, to transform violence to peace. There are some people already who are carrying on this effort. There are some people who have the starmaster links in their energy field. Just threads! Can you imagine if there was one person who was in a powerful position, who was able to have that linkage on a consistent basis. I ask you now to connect with your President, who is in many ways a very confused person and very unconscious, but surprisingly he does have threads of star links in his aura. Connect and send the star linkage energy to him now! (tones)The next three months are going to be very difficult for him and very difficult for this planet on a political basis. We have spoken about the chaos in July and we have spoken about how the July chaos was broadened to August. That chaos will develop into political structures or collapses of structures. What you are seeing is a symptom of the collapse of political structures on the planet. There is not another structure that seems to be able to work to replace it. It is not to your planetary benefit to see the collapse of these structures, without a proper replacement, without a proper method. I want you to use your spiraling again back up through the Crystal Temple and spiral again to the Arcturian library.

Planetary Evolution and spiritual leaders &emdashwe will return to that subject. This involves great trust and harmony and a preparation of core people to prepare the way for a worker to bring forth information and knowledge and technology. A sign wlll be needed. Many people on the Earth think the sign is the chaos, disasters, or catastrophes that are before the planet. In truth the signs are you opening your consciousness to higher teachings. I would like to have Ashtar speak with you as well.

Good evening my friends this is Ashtar. I have wanted to communicate with so many of you. Recently our paths are crossing as the role of the Ashtar Command is in coordination with the Arcturians and the Pleadians. We are working very closely with Sananda and the ascension. The ascension is involving a very important process and that process very simply means transformation. Activation and then transformation! This transformation has to do with what Juliano was talking about - about the multidimensional self. Many of you have existences in different realms. Many of you are aware in your sleep states that you are working in libraries and doing fantastic healing and that you are involved with higher beings and that you are doing many wonderful and beautiful things. Then you have to work on bringing some of that energy and awareness back on to the Earth so that you can manifest this energy and manifest this wonderful access to powerful knowledge and light that you already have. I know that are several in this group right now who are working in the evening hours on very elaborate healing ceremonies and techniques. There are several who can call on these higher healers to work with ourselves. I, Ashtar, am sending four or five higher level healers now in this room. They are branching out to those in need of a healing process. The level of transformation that you can bring to the planet is powerful and unbelievable. Those of you who have come here particularly to do the ascension, wanted to experience the transformation energy. There is much personal work that you can do and many of you are doing wonderful clearings. Many of you though are stuck in molasses-like energy on the Earth with seemingly no way out of it. You ask Ashtar, how is this helping my ascension process. I tell you that you can transform the molasses to jelly. You will demonstrate this and your demonstration of this will teach you that you can transform yourself. That is the lesson. However difficult, however problematic - it is a lesson for you to teach and demonstrate to yourself that you can transform. The transforming that we are talking about is coming from many different levels and many different energy fields and many different healing stones and healers, working with meditations, starlight, connections to the corridors and connections to the Ashtar Command and the starseeds and interconnecting with groups. And using the technology of the healing chambers from the Arcturians, activating your third eye, so that your third eye becomes a star that is evolving. I, Ashtar, place a star in your third eye. It is a fifth-dimensional, multidimensional star - a circular radiating, diamond-like energy in your third eye. This star energy is a reminder to you , to your energy presence on the Earth, that you are now in the transformation process. You are in the evolution process. You are a starseed, evolutionary being in the process of transformation . It is that simple. The Ashtar Command is working and contacting many workers and starseeds throughout the planet and activating them in some powerful ways. I remind you that your President is open now to a starlight. The British Leader Tony Blair is open to a star connection. Prince William is open to a star connection. The energy of Mother Theresa is being focused back into the Earth realm by her and her workers. There is a powerful opportunity for the creation of peace in December of 1998. January 18th will be another powerful corridor, like the Aug. 22nd time on this planet. We are back and connecting with you. This is Ashtar.

This is Juliano, I speak a personal messages for Hedwig. She can activate those areas that she refers to as the pre-Alps. They must be activated. There are deep tunnels within those hills or mountains and one especially has a powerful attraction to her. There will be a disc in the mountains or in the hills that will bring her there. Travel approximately 30 to 45 miles in a perimeter around her city. For the city does have a powerful connection to a star city on the Pleaides. The city of Munich has a powerful sisterhood with a Pleaidean city. She must move around the city as a circle. This is good information for others who are creating light and peace in cities. As a group they need to move around the perimeter of a city. Go perhaps five, ten, or fifteen miles back and look for ways to travel around the whole city, as, for example, you have a freeway system, or a beltway. Imagine a beltway of light that you can activate by traveling around the city in special corridors. That is what is an important focus in our next task.

Question: A friend of mine went to India and Sai Baba allowed some people to come in talk to him. The information that came was that there would be a wobble on the Earth on September 9th.

Answer: I want you understand that, for example, as you go around the city then you should try to stabilize the city. A wobble such as you described would be devastating now. I would say that the wobble would be a political wobble. I do not see a "wobble" wobble. For one reason: everything is so fragile, that such a wobble, would be devastating. Your Earth's wobbles take thousands of years and are imperceptible. If the wobble was accelerated, you would not recover. Your whole society and the technology would be devastated. So the predicted wobble is really a shaking of the man-created structures.

Question: He asked that people not fly on that date.

Answer: I do not see any reason to stop flying other than the normal reasons which have to do with structures. The structures of the airlines, the political structures, all of the structural things are prone to break down. That would be one reason not to fly. Statistically you still are in a safe position to do those things. I do not see any reason not to fly. I do not wish to contradict your friend. I see a structural wobble of the airlines. All of the structures that are creating your economic and political systems are very fragile now. That is the wobble, not an actual physical wobble on the planet.

Question: Several times in the last few months I have had a sense of a split in conscious awareness, like a part of me is focused in another place. I am fully conscious and not tired.

Answer: I am asking you to focus this somewhere else when you feel that. Develop a focus. This was the idea of the Crystal Temple. When you sense that you have an opening and you need to direct it. Don't let it lapse. Then you may feel like you are in a state of dream in your regular life. Going to work, driving the car...it is not a dangerous type of dream because you are totally aware but you have a higher awareness of everything. You must direct it. If you let it go, then it does become spacey. It does not become useful then.

Question: I have a question about a physical teacher who has stopped taking people to higher light in Merkabah travel .

Answer: The task he has is to introduce and expand consciousness and awareness of other realms. A lot of people have not done the necessary work on Earth. You have to have a solid foundation of self to do the higher work. Most people here on the Earth when they understand what these teachings are, want to go to the higher realms but their physical, mental and emotional selves have not completed the work they need to do and they are getting confused when they get to the higher realms. They come back to an experience they cannot integrate. It is not good to use the Merkabah if you cannot integrate back into the third dimension. No higher teacher of integrity will want to be responsible to bring someone to a higher level if they know that person cannot integrate that when they come back. That is unethical. This has been the problem of many teachers who come here, we noticed, that they are enthralled with their abilities to bring people to higher places but they do not feel as enthralled when they try to create a foundation for these people. It is more difficult. That is why we like the Native American energies, because they work very well at including foundations.

Question: I have a personal question about being stuck.

Answer: The molasses will turn to jelly. The way you will feel power is you will sense your guides and the times in which you can move. It is critical that any movement you make towards resolving things now is done in conjunction with alignments in the planets, in the energies in the Earth. If you become sensitive of when to move, there will be openings where you can move right out of all of this. There are going to be specific openings, Sept. 22 to Oct. 3rd. will be one opening where you will find there is going to be a way where you can just walk out of all of it. You must move in conjunction with this, when you feel the power. It is an opening for all. Many people are struggling and there will be ways of walking out of problems. Your higher selves are working to assist you. The light and the energy "up there" is not a direct intervention because direct interventions are reserved for the angelic force. Even then they will work in a different time frame. What to you seems very slow...there is a lot more patience in the higher realms.
