John Allen, President

Mr. Allen joined CyberTrails in January 2008 as Controller bringing close to 20 years of financial management and operations experience in a variety of industries, including technology and financial services. In October 2008, he was promoted to CFO & General Manager and in 2012 was promoted to President. Mr. Allen's background includes extensive financial planning and reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting and controller functions, as well as, business management functions.

Prior to joining CyberTrails, he served as Financial Manager for the Phoenix Group of Acxiom Corporation, a provider of data and data processing services. He also previously served as a Credit Analyst for Spirit Finance Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ, and Business Unit Financial Manager at Lucent Technologies' in Phoenix.

Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam Rusak, CIO

Mr. Rusak joined CyberTrails in March 2009 as Director of Operations bringing close to 10 years of technology operations experience in the data center and commercial carrier fields. Mr. Rusak was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2011.Mr. Rusak is responsible for the planning, organizing, controlling and directing of operations in support of CyberTrails' business initiatives involving the technology infrastructure and related systems. He provides leadership for research, development, design, implementation, and 

operation of company and client projects. Prior to joining CyberTrails, he served as the Information Technology Manager for the New Jersey based Millennium Communications Group, a premier provider of advanced network communications services. He also previously held the position of Senior Project Manager and Network Analyst for Millennium.

Mr. Rusak holds a master's degree from Villanova University in IS/IT Management. He also is certified in technology related disciplines from Cisco, Nortel, VMware, and Aimentis. Mr. Rusak is a member of the Project Management Institute, Internet Society, and the IEEE.

Rick Estrada, VP of Sales

Rick Estrada joined CyberTrails as VP of Sales in November 2010, bringing twenty years of high tech sales experience. He is a results-driven executive who has been successful managing and motivating sales organizations in technology based industries. Responsibilities have included driving orders, revenue, margin, receivables collection; developing market strategies and compensation plans. Beginning his career at Nortel Networks in 1992, Rick held numerous sales positions while managing some of the 

company's largest customers during his 10 years at the company. Rick's background ranged from cultivating Fortune 100 accounts to managing a team of hunters across the United States and Canada. Having worked for other industry leaders, Computer Associates and AT&T, as well his role as the President of RJE Communications, Rick prides himself on listening to his customer and crafting the right solution for the client's needs. Mr. Estrada has been instrumental to CyberTrails' leadership in both the sales and marketing areas.

Rick has a Bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from St. Mary's college of California.
