Native Stars Basketball Workouts

Workouts are in Phoenix, Arizona (Sunday, 1pm-3pm)
The NSB workouts are for Middle School to High School female basketball players that are serious about improving their basketball skills. The NSB workouts will work on fundamental skills with position-specific instruction. Our goal is to develop our players basketball skills and to prepare them to play basketball at their highest level. Our fundamental workouts consist of stretching, endurance running, conditioning, ball handling drills, dribbling drills, shooting drills, footwork drills, offensive drills and defensive drills.
