Carroll Cox Opinions

Carroll Cox has been publisher and editor of three weekly newspapers in Payson, Arizona, where she has written hundreds of editorials since the early 1980s.

She grew up farming and ranching in a large family in Arizona and Oklahoma and has also lived in Mexico and Australia. Three of her five sisters married and raised families 'down under' and in Italy.

Carroll's ancestors, the Spurlock, Hale and Lovelady families, were among the early pioneers of the Mogollon Rim country. E-mail Carroll Cox
